The Cherrytrees Village Fete took place in the walled garden in July, with everyone getting together for some summer fun, including tasty cakes, a book stall, tombola, splat the rat and face painting. There was also a barbecue, as well as an obstacle race and fiercely contested tug-of-war on the lawn.
